An Outstanding Mixed all-through school in North West London is looking for a talented, committed and inspiring person for the role of Study Supervisor . This is to start in September on a Permanent Contract basis.The Role: The Sixth Form has built a solid foundation of achievement in ensuring pupils achieve outstanding results and make excellent progress when compared to their peers nationally. They are committed to ensuring every child is challenged to achieve their maximumpotential and have celebrated wonderful successes in seeing pupils progress to study at the most competitive universities, both Oxbridge and Russel Group and onto the most competitive degree level apprenticeships. Working with dedicated and motivated Headsof Year and Director of Sixth Form the Study Supervisor will provide extensive support for students within the Sixth Form.Key Responsibilities :Supervise the Year 12 study room, upholding a high-level expectation for behaviour and engagementSupport attendance to lessons and registered study periods, liaising with the HoY, Director of Sixth Form and Sixth Form AdministratorEnsure MPQs are completed and marked for 100% of Year 12 cohortEnsure support with the Civitas Hour for all Year 12 studentsProvide support with the logistics of running a large sixth formRun the daily Compulsory Catch Up ClubThe School: This School has superb resources and is an excellent place to work.
