Job Description

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator to join a key client of ours in Alfreton. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 9-5 and will be for a minimum of 3 months. Our client is looking for strong administratorswho can hit the ground running. You dont need to have extensive HR experience; however, some knowledge would be beneficial. Our client will also consider candidates who have strong admin skills and the ability to pick things up quickly. The role will be joininga lovely, small team and will be responsible for supporting with all key elements of HR Administration.Day to day duties will include:- Organising and maintaining personnel records - Updating internal HR databases - Preparing letters and contracts when required - Managing the telephones - Respond to all emails in a timely manner - Help manage the internal inbox - Manage the businesses compliance - Ensure the business is falling in line with GDPR rules - Help organise meetings - Provide payroll with up-to-date information on all employees, including sick leaves, leaves of absence, overtime hours, work schedules, and more. - Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functionThis role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and can commit to a straight start. You will have a good telephone manner and strong administration skills.
