IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE - Are you an experienced customer service professional, looking to start a role ASAP Im working exclusively with a highly reputable business in Alfreton, and they are in desperate need of an extra pair of hands to help them handlea high volume of customer service queries. This will involve, taking inbound calls, responding back to email queries and live web chat requests.There are two positions available offering different shifts patterns. Our client requires help for at least 3 months for the time being, however, this will be reviewed on a regular basis and will likely be extended.You will need to be a friendly, outgoing, and sociable person who is not afraid to pick up the phone.
