Talent Acquisition Partner | Permanent | Alfreton, Derbyshire| Hybrid working | Up to £45,000 DOEWe are recruiting for a global expanding SME,known for its innovative engineering solutions and commitment to excellence.Due to the companyexpandingtheir operationswe are recruiting for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to establish and leadthe internal recruitment function across the UK, Europe and the US. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and shape the future ofthe talent acquisition processes.What you will be doing:As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing an effective internal recruitment strategy. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract top-quality candidates, and facilitate a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in talent acquisition and strong interpersonal skills will contribute to the companys growth by ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.You will collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managersyou willbecome a trusted advisor in talent acquisition.You willsource, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Utilising various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Developing and implementing effective employer branding initiatives to position the business as an employer of choice.You will create and maintain accurate job descriptions and job postings that effectively communicate role requirements and attract suitable candidates.You will implement and optimiseapplicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline and automate the recruitment process.Collaborating with the Group HR Manager to develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve talent acquisition processes.What we are looking for:We are looking for energy, somebody who can hold the hiring managers to account and knows what great looks like in a Candidate Journey.You will have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with experience in setting up internal recruitment functions.In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.Strong understanding of employer branding and the ability to develop effective employer branding initiatives.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and ownership.This is a fantastic opportunity to really make your mark and build out a great role.Apply today to avoid disappointment.Other roles you may have applied for: Talent Acquisition Manager,Talent Acquisition Executive, In-House Recruitment Partner, In-House Recruiter, In-House Recruitment Manager, Internal Recruiter, Recruitment Manager.Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
