Site Financial Controller | DE55 | £45,000 – £50,000 | Office basedAre youFinalist or Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA Accountant wanting to move to a leading manufacturing company.Cherry Professional are currently working on a unique opportunity foran experienced Finance Professional to join a leading manufacturing company.Are you a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in manufacturing, ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic and growing company The company I am working with are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join their team ata leading manufacturing company based in Somercotes. As a Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the financial operations of the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a thrivingindustry.Role:Site Finance ControllerLocation:DE55 - SomercotesSalary Package:£45,000 - £50,00The job responsibilities include:

  • Analyse financial/operational results/data and provide support to the Senior Financial controller with ad hoc requirements to support the business
  • Facilitate the operations KPI sessions & provide the data & analysis for the areas controlling is responsible for.
  • Support and guide the master data team in ensuring that standard costings are current and accurate, validate new products
  • Collect, select, structure, combine, interpret and report internal data, information to give better insight in to plant performance.
  • Contribute to development, implementation and use of effective systems & procedures for financial & operational & business risk & performance management.
  • un the month end process for the plant , looking in to accruals prepayments , production month end close , stock analysis, commentary on plant margins, results.
Requirements:
  • ACMA or CIMA qualified / qualified by experience.
  • Proven experience in similar Plant/ Operations Controller role in complex manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrable SAP understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence successfully at all levels of the business.
  • Proactive and collaborative with a hands-on approach.
