Job Description

Weve a fabulous opportunity for a Receptionist to join our warm, fun and friendly team!Our ideal candidate must have recent experience working as a receptionist, ideally front of house within a salon or spa environment. Youll thrive working in a professional, busy and friendly team to ensure the effective smooth running of the salon. Andyoull have a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service through enhancing the client salon experience during each visit.Wed love to hear from you if youve a genuine love for the hair and beauty industry, take pride in your appearance and youre:

  • an excellent and confident communicator with a sparkly personality
  • self-motivated and flexible with a positive, can-do attitude and can think creatively
  • super organised with great attention to detail and good written skills
  • experienced in using salon booking and email systems, with an exceptional telephone manner
  • a keen interest in and comfortable using social media to help us promote our brand and services to new and existing clients
Ideally youd have some Elemis product knowledge, although training can be given.
