Job Description

Are you ready to be part of a team thats all about making life fun, inspiring, and healthier SF Recruitment are working with a highly reputable business in Alfreton who are on the lookout for energetic and compassionate individuals to join their fun, andinspiring customer service team. If youre ready to infuse your work with enthusiasm and excitement, keep reading!*This is a 6-month fixed term contract role working Tuesday - Saturday typically 9am-5pm, with one later shift a week working 1pm-9pm on either a Tuesday or Thursday. This role is paying between £20,000 - £22,500.Your mission is to turn every customer interaction into a positive and exciting experience. Youll be the ray of sunshine that brightens our customers days and motivates them on their journey to a healthier, happier lifestyle. In addition, the successfulwill be the friendly voice that connects with their customers to provide top-notch customer service and support.Main duties will include.

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support, guidance, and motivation.
  • Answer questions and provide advice and information on our products and services.
  • Work closely with our network, providing them with the resources and information needed to support our customers effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries
  • Updating customer profiles and documenting feedback.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Constantly stay up to date on our products, services, and programs to provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our customer service processes and experience.
  • Infuse every conversation with positivity and enthusiasm, making our customers feel inspired and motivated.
  • Handle all technical queries with regards to the website, or social media platforms
