Anexciting opportunity for a Training & Development Coordinator to join my Solihull based client who are a passionate and experienced engineers who enjoy bringing buildings to life. Theyrequire a proactive individual to jointheirfriendly team whereyou will be responsible for coordinating training & development requirements acrossthebusiness.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administration skills.Key responsibilities are: Work alongside the Training Director to establish training requirements Respond to training and development requests, as and whenrequired Source appropriate external training courses / providers Maintain training records ensuring training is completed Support with the setting of training budgets Managing the apprentice programme intake, including advertisement and interview stage Liaison with colleges, universities ensuring all students are meeting the required standards Coordinate college/university agreement paperwork and liaise with finance department Carry out regular performance reviews with students / mentors Coordinate the group training programme Scheduling work experience candidates & organising their time with the company Being the focal point, managing and attending careers fairs Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets Develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees Support the Leadership Team with the management and evidence of Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinate and support the Equality, DiversityExperience & Qualifications Strong Excel, Word, Publisher and Outlook capability A keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills Experience in the education field Skills Required Strong organisations skills Excellent writing skills Review and develop new processes Ability to build relationships quickly and communicate effectively Willingness to challenge others Ability to work simultaneously on several tasks Can work independently and self-motivated to get the task done. Approachable Teamworking skillHours of work 36.25 per week.
