Job Description

My client is a global organisation based in Solihull and they have a requirement for an outgoing, organised, and great communicator to join their team on a permanent basis as a Trainee Credit Controller. Responsible for chasing payments from customers, youwill be working amongst a large team on a mostly remote basis (you will be required to come into the office once every month).This role would be ideal for someone who has prior experience in a telephone-based role, who feels accomplished when their customers are looked after well. You will be given full support and training, and will be supported once you have developed as a CreditController to progress within the team into a management role, with study support provided for your ICM qualification.Ideally you will:

  • Be happy to work in this mostly remote role
  • Have prior experience within Customer Service/Sales Ledger/Credit Control
  • Be meticulously organised, you should feel uncomfortable if your affairs are not in order!
  • Have a good level of MS Excel
In return you will:
