Tenant Liaison OfficerASAP - Temporary to PermanentSolihull£16.00 Umbrella PAYEThe ClientOur Client are an award-winning Contractor with over 40 years experience within the social housing sector. They deliver design and build projects, property maintenance and a range of refurbishment services. Due to demand, they are looking to recruit an experienced& reliable Tenant Liaison Officer for their project in Solihull.The RoleYou will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Supervisors/Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works for their Planned Maintenance Contract. Works will consist of EWI, re-roofing & replacement windows across Solihull.Responsibilities:Liaising closely with Tenants & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme of worksAssisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the ClientContacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relationsVisiting tenants and advising them on completion dates, materials used etc.Attending/chairing tenant forum meetings/open days advising tenants of works being completedConducting surveysPre-entry visits to introduce the company & to advise tenants on works being completedGeneral admin - printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc.Flexibility to travel to scattered propertiesQualifications & ExperienceMust have previous experience of working as an TLO/RLO on EWI projects.CSCS card desirable but not essentialAbility to manage own workloadWorking to tight deadlinesAbility to work under pressureFull UK Driving LicenceOwn TransportBenefits£16.00ph Umbrella PAYEASAP - Temporary to PermanentThe opportunity of working with a leading Social Housing ContractorWhat to do next:If you are looking for your next project and this role is of interest to you, please forward your CV to and we will discuss the role in more detail.
