We are recruiting for a Resettlement Housing caseworker for a an amazing human right charity. Working collaboratively to assist refugees or other new arrivals to reach their own goals in their integration in the UK. We looking for someone with strong housingexperience.Must be based in Solihull or Birmingham as the role requires regular travel at least 4 times per week to different hubs in SolihullThe RoleHousing applications and Property searches Working with landlords Setting up clients tenancies Supporting them with UC claims Risk Assessment The Candidate Have knowledge of social housing and experience in making housing applicationsExperience in liaising with landlords and completing property searchesExperience in supporting clients to set up new tenancies Utilities , Council Tax ,Housing benefitsExperience in supporting clients to manage UC claimsExperience in completing risk assessments and support plans with clientsKnowledge and Experience in managing databases online databases, SharePoint and Excel.IMPORTANT NOTEOur aim is to respond to all successful applications within 5 days.
