Job Description

The Template Services team works with our clients to define, agree, and implement assets that support the marketing and ethos of the client and ultimately, allow the client to present their online and brand image professionally.The team are involved in creating such documents as Letters, Property Brochures, Property Listings and Email templates which can cover the various functions within the Service suite (Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Client Accounts).The role is a hybrid of design and technical ability as the assets created have a tight integration with our core product and service offerings. The Template Services Analyst works closely across several Service teams, including Software Support, TechnicalSupport and Request Management.Skills & Qualifications

  • Customer Service - 1 year or more
  • Communication skillsboth written and verbal
  • Experience of working to Service Levels - both team and personal KPIs
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Problem Solving
  • Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team
  • Sound understanding of HTML / XAML and CSS
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word and Outlook)
  • ITIL Foundation V4 (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the Estate Agency/Lettings business (desirable)
Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming contact from the Customer via our support channels and in accordance with Service Levels
  • Progression of Incidents / Template Requests in the support ticketing system
  • Quote, scope, and delivery of customer template requirements
  • Management of Template Services and personal queues of open tickets
  • Providing a world class service to our customers, ensuring that every contact is a positive experience
