Job Description

The Template Services team provide template services to the client base. They will work with clients to define, agree and implement assets that support the marketing and ethos of the client and ultimately, allow the client to present their online and brand image professionally.The team are involved in creating such documents as Letters, Property Brochures, Property Listings and Email templates which can cover the various functions within the RPS Service suite (Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Client Accounts).The Template Service Analyst would work within the team, under the direction of the Template Services Team Leader and would support the delivery of both project and request fulfilment activities, including the resolution of issues in previously delivered templates.The role is a hybrid of design and technical ability as the assets created have a tight integration with our core product and service offerings. The team and individual would work closely across a number of Service teams, including Service Desk, Applications Support, Project Delivery and Testing.What is done

  • Engagement with client to agree required design, considering functional fit, industry good practice and the long term cost to serve
  • Design, creation and Unit Testing of the following assets for clients
  • Requested by BAU: Email Templates - Brochures / Window Cards - Letter Templates - Property Listings - Statement of Accounts
  • Provision of estimates for delivery of requests / resolution of incidents
  • Impact assessment of Requests to ensure that changes are in context of client’s wider portfolio (brand alignment, look & feel)
    • Desired:
  • Graduate level in Graphic Design/ IT/ Marketing or equivalent
  • A sound understanding of HTML/ XAML and CSS
  • Experience of creating HTML email and brochure templates
  • Working on / with a CRM based service solution
  • An understanding of ITIL is desirable but not essential (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
    • Essential:

    • ExperienceYou will be used to working on your own initiative and as part of a wider team in a customer facing environment. You will have had some experience of working with external clients to agree and define requirements, within a commercial context.Personal qualities: Individuals within the team will be self-driven, have a proven ability to work undirected and productively while under pressure. Act as Trusted advisor’ to other teams within the Support department, through positive encouragement, support and guidance and be resilient to the challenges of a Service environment.
