Job Description

Robert Half have partnered exclusively with a growing scale up business in the East Birmingham area as they looking to recruit 2x Technical Customer Support Engineer to provide CRM Product support.The role:

  • The role is all about supporting the organisations clients and giving them an excellent experience as they transition to a revolutionary software and CRM system.
  • What we really need is someone who is bursting with personality and can effortlessly make a connection with our awesome clients. Youll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, guiding them through the on-boarding and migration process and answeringany questions they may have.
  • Youll require a technical disposition with experience of CRM systems, building marketing campaigns and workflows and a knowledge of how a Wordpress website works would be useful.
The successful candidate:
  • Youll love talking to people
  • Youll love helping people
  • Youll have the technical abilities to use a CRM system
  • Youll be reliable, hard-working and keen to learn
  • Knowledge of how a marketing campaign works will be helpful
Salary/Package:
  • £25,000 - £30,000
  • 4 day working week (Mon-Thurs)
  • Annual bonus scheme
  • Free onsite parking
  • On site gym
