Job Description

  • Sourcing candidates from a variety of sources - Linkedin, job boards, social media and referrals
  • Speaking with clients, both face to face and over the phone, discussing vacancies and future plans for recruitment - taking accurate briefs
  • Drafting compelling job advertisements and monitoring responses
  • Discussing roles with candidates and establishing candidates wants and needs.
  • Interviewing candidates, matching them to client requirements and keeping accurate records
  • Organising interviews and managing the job offer process.
  • Database management
You should be driven, resilient and be ambitious. Highly organised with good PC skills and inquisitive.
