  • Make your store a phenomenal success by delivering mind blowing KPI performances, use all the data available to take action that has an impact and forge a results driven ethos among the team
  • Create an experience in store that your customers cant wait to tell their friends and family about
  • Recruit fantastic talent, support and develop your team and be confident and professional dealing with challenging situations
  • WOW your customers with the beautiful VM in store, make our gorgeous collections the stars of the show
  • Set objectives and plan ahead, delegate effectively, mitigate risks and ensure the store is a safe place, be pro-active enabling the store to run like clockwork
Were looking for someone who has:
  • Experience in managing a retail store or hospitality business, who loves our brand and what we stand for
  • A passion for shaping a great team with a strong expertise in people management, recruitment and training
  • A good understanding of commercial reports and driving KPIs, with the ability to react at speed to trade with confidence using a creative flair with VM
  • Effective and adaptable communication skills with the ability to build relationships with regional and head office teams, sharing best practice to strive towards the regional and business goals
  • A self motivated approach with exceptional organisation
