Stock Controller - Supercar Manufacturer£30,000 - £32,000 + Benefits!Finish at 11:30am on a Friday!We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our clients innovative automotive manufacturing business as a Stock Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environmentand possesses strong leadership and organisational abilities.Responsibilities of Stock Controller -" Oversea and manage the day-to-day operations of logistic team. Ensuring that receiving, checking and logging goods in is completed timely and accurately both physically and within ERP (SAP) SYSTEM." Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, production, transportation, and customer service, to streamline processes and optimize workflow." Develop and implement strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and accuracy." Set performance goals and targets for team members, monitor their progress, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high productivity and quality standards." Work with MP&L Manager/Senior MRP to develop team training and individual development plans to drive succession planning and demonstrate internal growth." Liaise with Material Planning to create an effective delivery plan that allows management of resource in advance. Smooth Delivery schedules where required to avoid congestion." Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as health and safety, transportation regulations, and quality control." Resolve any operational issues or customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.Stock Controller requirements:" Proven experience in a stock controller" Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management." SAP Experience in physical logistics process (scanning/material transactions)" Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members." Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines" Excellent problem-solving abilities." Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and resolve issues."
