Job Description

Would you like the opportunity to join a highly respected and leading corporate tax advisory practice based in SolihullOur Client are recruiting for a Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing team.   • Leading advisory assignments including company reconstructions, mergers, and acquisitions, share scheme advice and venture capital schemes.
  • Training and leading a team of junior staff on large client projects, as well as contributing to the development of technical knowledge within the wider team.
  • Being the main contact for technical queries from clients and other advisors.
  • Working closely with the directors on business development activities to identify opportunities for existing clients and target opportunities for new clients.
  • Developing your personal brand with a view to becoming a recognised expert within the tax community in your particular specialism.
  • Expanding your network, with opportunities to attend and speak in webinars, seminars and other networking events.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
  • CTA or appropriate equivalent qualification (e.g. ICAS tax qualification).
  • Relevant post qualification experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly motivated and committed to continuous learning and development.
