Job Description

A leading PropTech name has an exciting opportunity available for a remote working Sales Advisor to join the team. This working from home role is an ideal opportunity for an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent Valuer looking for somethinga little different. As Sales Advisor working from home your role will be to connect and network with local Estate Agent offering the services of this well established PropTech name.As Sales Advisor you will be working in a predominantly phone based capacity speaking with Estate Agent Managers and Directors educating them on the services such as visual floor plans, live content, online viewings software and other means of digital content.As a phone based sales advisor you will need to be a confident and articulate speaker, able to utilise your natural sales skills over the phone. Tenacity and drive is essential to succeed in such a role. If this sounds like you then this Monday to Fridaywork from home opportunity could be a fantastic career move for you.The Sales Advisor role will naturally become more of a field sales role as you develop and settle into your new position.Sales Advisor Experience:

  • You will ideally be an experienced Estate agent and will have strong knowledge of the industry and key brands in your local area
  • You will currently be working at Sales Negotiator or up to Estate Agent Valuer level ideally
  • You will naturally be driven and tenacious and will be excited to tap into your skills in a new way
  • You will be self motivated, organised and able to motivate yourself to succeed
Sales Advisor Benefits:
  • A fantastic basic salary of up to £30,000
  • Uncapped commissions OTE £50,000
  • BUPA Health care (once probation passed)
  • 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Monday to Friday role
  • Work from home opportunity
  • Mileage paid and car allowance for when the role becomes field based
