Job Description

We are currently working with an excellent hotel located in Solihull who have an exciting new opportunity that has become available for a Restaurant Manager.The Restaurant Manager position includes

  • Assist and support the senior team in the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department
  • Ensuring all company standards are maintained
  • Supervise and motivate staff to encourage and obtain efficient service
  • Assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Participation in staff training, staff rotas, payroll, stock take
As Restaurant Manager you will need to
  • Be professional and knowledgeable, ideally with strong beverage knowledge
  • Have a strong attention to detail and be able to deliver excellent service standards
  • Be able to lead by example
  • Be a go getter and very operationally strong
  • Rosette or michelin experience would be preferred
This Restaurant Manager will need to possess excellent customer service skills, be reliable and motivated. You must have previous experience in a similar role and be flexible with working hours, working 40 hours a week, 4 days on, 3 days off to include mornings,evenings and weekends.
