Job Description

Have you recently graduated and looking for an entry level roleAre you a meticulous professional, passionate about Regulatory AffairsIf so, this could be the perfect role for you!Our client are the largest medical device supplier globally and they are seeking an individual who thrives in a complex environment and can manage extensive information. Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare regulatory submissions to the UK competent authority to achieve regulatory approvals as per local business objectives.
  • Gather, evaluate and organize documentation in different formats and provide registration submissions to ensure they contain all necessary details and adhere to applicable regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations set by the UKs Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)
  • Support new product introductions and tender activities by providing appropriate regulatory and quality documentation as required.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
  • Support the EMEA Regulatory Affairs Specialist, as required, to meet local business objectives.
  • Perform administration duties when required.
Hours & Pay:
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
  • £13.47 per hour
Requirements:Experience is not necessary! Transferable skills are a must, but training will be provided.
  • Educated to a degree level (preferably a scientific area, however not essential.)
  • Competency of Microsoft Office Packages. Strong knowledge of Excel and SharePoint is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management and problem-solvingskills.
  • Critical thinking and inquisitive; able to carefully assess the importance, relevance and validity of the information gathered.
  • Must be a team player, with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and the ability to cope with varying workload and demands as required are needed.
