Job Description

We are currently looking for a 360 recruitment consultant, based in our Birmingham / Solihull area to work within our Office & Professional (Commercial) team on permanent roles.With the support of an established national division, we are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant who is able to specialise and build a successful permanent commercial desk in Birmingham / Solihull.It is an exciting time to join our company as we are rapidly growing and adding a portfolio of branches across the UK.This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and a very attractive commission structure.The Benefits

The Role:This role will require you to engage with candidates and clients, attract new business and nurture these accounts, building strong lasting relationships.You will have the support of a branch network, experienced Recruitment Consultants and the UK Divisional Manager, along with a professional central sales function.This is a true 360 degree role, with great potential for growth in the rapidly expanding commercial marketplace!Other duties will also include:
  • Business development
  • Providing constructive feedback to clients and candidates
  • Booking and attending client meetings
  • Writing job adverts and posting on various job boards
  • Using our Access CRM
  • Account Management
  • Offering a consultative service to candidates and clients
  • Working towards and exceeding agreed targets
  • Administration and dealing with email correspondence and telephone enquiries
Who we are looking for:We are ideally looking for someone with previous recruitment experience within the commercial recruitment sector with existing knowledge of Birmingham / Solihull and the surrounding areas market.Other ideal skills:
