Job Description

Receptionist and Facilities AssistantSolihull Salary: £20,000 - £22,000Ref: NT/BCR/9805We have an exciting new role working for our clients in Solihull who are a law firm for a Receptionist and Faciliities Assistant. This candidate will have excellent communications skills, be bright and well presented. Some experience doing a similar would bepreferred.The Role:

  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages when necessary
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Ordering and managing stationary
  • Organising office refreshements for client meetings and in house meetings
  • Ensuring that the office is clean and tidy at all times including meeting rooms and kitchen area
