Quality ControlSolihull£22K-£25K DOEPer temps are exclusively working with a large family owned, independent distribution company.My client is dedicated to delivering high-quality products/services to customers. They take pride in commitment to excellence and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join the team.As a Quality Control specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the product/service quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the products/services meet or exceed customer expectations andindustry standards.Key Responsibilities:" Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, components, and finished products/services." Identify and document quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances." Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements." Maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports and quality records." Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and protocols." Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and quality standards.Qualifications:" Proven experience in quality control." Strong knowledge of quality control techniques, tools, and methodologies." Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy." Strong analytical and problem-solving skills." Effective communication skills, both written and verbal." Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment."
