Job Description

Project Delivery Coordinator - 39339 - £41.32/hr umbrella rateIf you have project delivery / management experience and are seeking a new job in the Solihull, West Midlands, Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you. We are helping a collaborative company recruit a contract Project Delivery Coordinator,and the role comes with an attractive contract rate of £41.32 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35).The Asset & Resource team works closely with the relevant stakeholders using Maintenance and Time and Attendance systems. They ensure the business users requirements are captured, understood and delivered in any change or new system deployment.Reporting to the Asset & Resource Management Global Process Lead, you will be working as a Project Delivery Coordinator at the companys site in Solihull, West Midlands. You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the delivery of the SAP Plant Maintenance system
  • Planning system releases/upgrades, coordinating change requests, and aligning with digital programme deployment plans
  • Working with development teams, third parties, operations teams, and business areas to plan and coordinate deployments by creating a project/ deployment plan (aligned with other projects where applicable)
  • Risk identification and management via a change impact assessment
To apply for this Delivery Coordinator role, you will need proven experience in a Project Delivery or management role and experience using Microsoft Excel for project planning. You will also require:
  • An understanding and knowledge of business requirements and solution design methodologies
  • Project Management qualifications (Agile PM / PMQ / Prince / APM CM)
  • Agile Scrum delivery methodology
