Job Description

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR NEEDEDHOURS: FULL TIME, 8:30 - 17:00PMWe are currently hiring for a project administrator to work for a large property construction company based in Solihull, West Midlands.Key responsibilities:- Responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure the effective, efficient and accurate administrative operations of programmes.- Setting up projects on the internal system, reporting and processing closedown procedures.- Financial administration - quotations, delivery notes, investigating and collating information on costs, purchase orders, maintaining database information associated with projects- General administration - Reception, telephone handling, word processing, photocopying, ordering supplies, progress reports, claims, etc.- Assist the project manager and senior project administrator- Support in the sustainability of the projectKey skills and requirements:- Experience in construction, surveying or construction is mandatory- Must own personal vehicle- Flexible and pro-active approach- Excellent customer service and administration experience- Meticulous in organising and scheduling- Microsoft Excel proficient- Ability to work well under pressure, in a team and on own initiativeIf this is something that you are interested in and you have the necessary experience, please email me at with the REF KRE/PROJDue to a high intake of candidates, please assume that you have been unsuccessful should you not receive a call within 7 days of applying.
