Job Description

Operations Manager | Solihull | Up to £65,000 DOE + Bonus and Benefits | Financial Services Cherry Professional are working with a growing and well regarded Financial Services business, to recruit an Operations Manager based in Solihull. You will be responsible for running the day to day operation of the business and will be part of the senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the businessstrategy and be seen as a key player within the organisation.The Role.- Leading and Managing the day to day running of the practice.- Project Manager for key projects.- Supporting the management team to deliver the vision, values and strategic priorities for the business.- Crucial point of contact within the practice for project work, liaison between teams, on-going systems and process reviews.- Planning and implementing on-going change management processes in the business.- Leading and conducting the Performance Review & Development programme. encompassing HR administration and responsibilities, regular performance reviews, 121 meetings and annual review meetings.- Designing and delivering induction plans for new recruits and on-going coaching, training and development for team members.You will need.- Previous practice management experience with an IFA or Financial Services provider.- Ability to lead, manage, develop and motivate a team.- Proven experience of project management and process design, implementation and on-going review.- Solutions focused, a pro-active, positive and can do approach, accountable and responsible, calm, considered and strategic.- Excellent communication skills. - Demonstrate good attention to detail.- Ability to support change within the department and react promptly to new business needs.Jobs you may have applied for include: Operations Department Manager, Practice Manager, Senior Operations Manager and Branch Manager.Commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Litchfield, Redditch, Rugby, Coventry and Warwick.Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
