Job Description

Because we believe that businesses work better when everyone is at their best.Were now looking for a Planning and Implementation Lead to assist the Head of Mobile Services to ensure the effective operation of the Mobile Services Team.This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. We can offer a hybrid way of working where the successful candidate will work half the week in our office in Solihull and half the week remotely.Duties and key responsibilities:Managerial support- Support implementation of clients, to include reviewing of data supplied, proposing service plans and supporting systems setup- Providing guidance as needed to MCS team on resource planning- Act as independent reviewer to assess and determine appropriate way forward where internal conflicts may arise (e.g. schedule start/finish times; client priorities etc)- Undertake initial review of complaints or near-misses to determine extent and propose appropriate response to Mobile Services Manager- Investigate & report on any vehicle incidents, obtaining statements & supporting evidence e.g. dashcam footage, and report to Mobile Services Manager- Have oversight of companywide asset calibration recording and reminder schedule, in accordance with our SEQOHS accreditation- Assisting with the production of management information and reportsTraining / Development- Assist with the development of required documentation to support the activities of the department- Oversee induction and support training of new technicians joining the department- Support the training of new staff in Gateway-2 and associated systems- Assist with co-ordinating periodic OHT Team Meetings, liaising with third parties as required, and maintain record of attendanceOperational support- Undertake initial review of cases flagged by OHT team to determine if escalation is required, and/or facilitate effective and timely feedback to MCS team- Regularly review resource scheduling to ensure optimisation of resources and avoidance of unnecessary travel- Monitor and organise equipment calibration and PAT testing of electrical cables within the timeframes required- Receive, log & prioritise reported vehicle issues and arrange resolution in an appropriate timeframe- Co-ordinate and record periodic service, MOT and electrical safety testing of MMUs- Maintain own clinical competencies and provide onsite FFW & HS service delivery throughout the UK where appropriate to cover unplanned or short notice absences, or at times of peak demandEssential Skills:- Sound knowledge of occupational health, with in-depth understanding of health surveillance and fitness for work requirements.- Microsoft Office 365 and Teams knowledgeDesirable Skills:- Experience in delivering health surveillance and fitness for work assessments onsite- Proven ability to document, review, critique and improve processes and procedures- Experience of Whitespace planning and scheduling toolWhat we offerOne of the best things about joining Health Partners is our rewards package.
