Job Description

People Services Specialist role based in Shirley, Solihull. The successful candidate will assist in all human resource functions and will work closely with all levels of management for 12 months contract with potential to turn permanent.Client DetailsMy client is a large life sciences organisation based in Shirley, Solihull looking for a People Services Specialist.Description

  • Provide first-line support for HR queries.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
  • Maintain HR records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support on-boarding of new employees.
  • Assist with the coordination of training programmes.
  • Contribute to HR projects as required.
  • Support in maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.
Profile
  • CIPD Level 3
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Can commute to Shirley
