Job Description

Payroll Administrator UK & Middle East Homer Road, Solihull Up to £20,000 depending on experience Working hours Sunday-Thursday 06:0014:30 Our payroll team is integral to ensuring all payments are accurate and timely across number of different PAYE registrations. You will be providing primary payroll support to our business units and employees in the Middle East (currently 4 countries) andthus working hours/days would be Sunday-Thursday 06:0014:30 to mirror Middle East working hours. As our Payroll Administrator you will provide the payroll team with general administrative support.Working alongside the rest of our friendly and supportive team youll do this by running and collating reports to support ongoing data integrity, answering any queries and maintaining the payroll system. Youll do this by:

  • Preparation of copy payslips and pension and tax statements
  • Support payroll project activities
  • Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • To ensure tax component for IRAQ employees included in gross and net of payment is in line with employment contract and coordinate with Finance team for tax payment to the tax authority.
  • Updating Payroll system with payroll inputs and perform data validation to ensure correct payout.by validating the pay slips
  • Preparing and maintaining trackers for education allowance payment, on-hold Salary, quarterly housing allowance payment etc.
This is a busy role within the payroll team which will provide the successful candidate with an understanding of the payroll function. It will cover full payroll administration duties and the opportunity to be involved in ongoing payroll projects.Throughout it all youll ensure that all your work is accurate, regulatory compliant, and in line with internal governance guidelinesOur Payroll team support the business across the UK & Middle East and engage with a diverse range of public service work, so the role will offer exposure and extensive touch points across our community, including Contract managers, Pensions, Internal/ExternalAudit and Finance.What you need to do the job In order to succeed within this role, youll be naturally customer focused to support your team and our UK&E division. You will be comfortable in learning new IT systems and enjoy working within a busy team environment. You will also have five GCSEs GradesA to C including Maths and English and have experience in dealing with formulas and VLOOKUPS.
