Job Description

Role: Part Time Customer Account ManagerLocation: B91 Solihull town centre and home workingSalary: £35 - 40,000 pro rotaHours: Part time ideally Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pmBenefits: Hybrid working, free parking, healthcare, 25 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysWe are supporting a progressive business which continues to grow at an exponential rate to meet its growing customer demands, which has required them to now seek an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their business working gold dust part time schoolhours!As a Customer Account Manager you will act as a single point of contact for your portfolio of customers and maintain a smooth working relationship resolving any queries or complaints.They operate a hybrid working policy with 3 days based in their modern offices in Solihull town centre and 2 days working from home. This is a part time job with the successful candidate having flexibility to work school hours ideally.Role and responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Account Manager you will act as a single point of contact for your portfolio of existing customers queries
  • Work closely with your customers to create a successful business plan to ensure the product meets their expectations and delivers results
  • Liaise with customers after their sale has completed to review the product and service
  • Build and maintain long term solid working relationships with your customers and understand their wider business needs
  • Proactively contact existing customers at the point of contract renewal
  • Closely monitor customer metrics and activity to provide recommendations to help improve their product success and usage
  • Suggest relevant product training where appropriate
  • Cross sell additional products such as consulting where applicable
  • Any other customer service or sales support administrative duties as required
Skills and experience required:
  • Previous demonstrable experience in an Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, Sales Support or Customer Account Manager position is essential
  • Excellent communicator and natural relationship building skills
  • Ability to position yourself as a trusted business advisor to customers
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
  • Self starter with a motivated attitude to deliver results
