Thats why we live by our values of were positive, were brave and we own it.The Role:As a member of the Telecom Team you are responsible for the continuous smooth running of the companys telecom services, especially customer facing lines and services. Monitor and perform pro-active maintenance to ensure performance of the offered servicesis optimal. Participate in creating a monthly reporting to the CIO in regards to performance, incidents, resolution and KPIs. Work within the Telecoms Team on implementing new projects and supporting the current infrastructure to ensure availability of servicesto clients across all telecommunication technologies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Telephony services
  • Dealing with 3rd party Vendors for Incidents/New Services/Billing
  • Managing reported faults through Remedy / Service Now ticketing system
  • Capability to work as a Team / Independently on projects
  • Performing Daily checks on functionality
  • Mobile phone Deployment and Management (Mobile Iron)
  • Management of NGN Platform
Skills & Attributes:
  • Knowledge of implementation and troubleshooting techniques for VOIP/SIP, UDP/RDP, TCP/IP, QoS,
  • Extensive experience in Telecoms, diallers, 800+ seats contact centres.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Background in Genesis, Pure Connect or Cloud CX a (massive) plus
