Job Description

Material Planner / Buyer (Manufacturing)Must be commutable from: Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa or Stratford upon Avon.£32,000 - £35,000 + Company Bonus Schemes + Private Health Care + Private Pension + Share Ownership Scheme + Pay Reviews + Career Progression + TrainingAre you a Materials planner / buyer ideally from a manufacturing background looking to join a company where you can increase your earnings with two company bonuses and pay reviewsOn offer is the chance to work for a company with a fantastic reputation for staff retention, who will provide training in an environment to help you grow your career. Alongside the added benefits of private healthcare and pension.This company is one of Europes largest manufacturers in their industry, who are committed to investing in their employees, such as their company ownership scheme.The role would suit someone with material scheduling/ planning background and/or purchasing skills within manufacturing looking to join a company where you can progress you career.The Role:

  • Processing and monitoring manufacturing usages to predict material forecasts.
  • Buy and schedule materials as needed.
  • Coordinating delivery dates with suppliers.
  • Monday to Friday (8am - 4.30pm)
The Person:
  • Previous experience with material planning, scheduling processes or buying/procurement.
  • From a manufacturing background
  • Understanding of MRP/ERP systems
  • Looking to progress their career in a close-knit team.
