Thats why we live by our values of were positive, were brave, and we own it.The Role:As the Marketing Executive - you will support the B2C rebrand project and other needed marketing support for B2C, B2B2C and B2B areas.Key Responsibilities:* Role supports the roll out of the B2C rebrand across all channels and champions the B2C brand. Support and manage the rebrand across all channels including briefing new creatives to internal design team, production of Customer Marketing collateral and communications,across the full marketing mix including digital transformation, and mobile first design. Develop the creation of brand guidelines and Tone of Voice* Delivering activity or campaigns as per the agreed rebrand plan or marketing plans on time and on budget; ensuring we achieve our business objectives; while optimising our B2C brand creative designs to build customer awareness, loyalty, and trust. * Responsible and accountable for the overall management of creative execution/campaign delivery of specific marketing/budget plans for B2C rebrand, and any other projects where needed, to bolster and support marketing team. Liaising with all relevant internaland external contacts, including wider Marketing Team, Design Studio, Legal, Brand* Support with the development of a relevant and appropriate customer experience across all customer touchpoints to maximise brand awareness for new and existing customers. * Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver requirements as detailed.* Ensure clear communication of activities are relayed to all areas of the businesses who are affected. This include contributing to and supporting projects as and when required.* Ensure all administrative duties in respect of above are carried out.Tracking, analysing, and amending marketing activity providing weekly progress updates to the Head of Brand and Senior Marketing ProducerSkills& Attributes:* Minimum of 1-year Digital Marketing experience.* Excellent communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Punctual & excellent literate skills.* Stakeholder management & communication.* Experience of developing Digital Web platforms (Websites etc)* 1 Years experience in Digital & ATL Marketing campaign delivery / design.* Financial Services Experience (Desirable)* B2C Marketing experience * CIM or equivalent qualification (Desirable)* Marketing Analysis experience* Great people skills.* Analytical & DiligentCould this be youBNP Paribas Personal Finance believeits a positive attitude and passion to make things happen that matters most.Whats in it for youAs well as working for a Top Employer UK 2023 and being part of a team that changes customers lives, there are some excellentbenefitstoo.
