Job Description

Robert Half is recruiting for a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join a growing business in South Birmingham.Key duties and responsibilities

  • Producing Management Accounts for multiple business Units
  • Calculating and raising Intercompany recharge invoices
  • Assisting in the budgeting process for multiple business units
  • Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register, calculating and posting of Depreciation
  • Posting and payment of expenses
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Gaining authorization of overhead invoices coding and posting
  • Posting journals
  • Reconciliation and maintenance of the invoice financing facility
  • Overhead variance analysis
  • Daily sales reporting
  • Stock reporting
  • Balance sheet Reconciliations
  • Calculating Prepayments and accruals
  • Calculating customer and supplier rebates
The successful applicant will have:
  • A critical eye for attention to detail
  • Excellent Organisational and Communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of team.
  • The ability to resolve queries.
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ideally ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified
