Thats why we live by our values of were positive, were brave, and we own it.The Role:To provide a complete end-to-end seamless service for all HR related issues, adopting a Business Partner approach to support delivery of business objectives.Key Responsibilities:· To ensure training and competence is kept updated and any conduct risks are managed appropriately to ensure our customers are not at detriment.· Manage all ER issues and organisational changes ensuring risks are assessed and mitigated and HR procedures and policies adhered.· Manage the BNPP Group and local listening strategy using feedback from pulse surveys and supporting with development of action plans for respective teams, ensuring pre and post survey briefings are conducted and action plans are managed and tracked.
