Space 8 Recruitment are excited to be searching for a very special HR Advisor. This person could be at Advisor level now or at HR Administrator level looking to take their next step. This is a brand new role so will be built around the right person.** Study support for CIPD is offered but it is not at all essential that you are studying or wish to **The RoleFor this role its all about taking your skills to the next level in a fast-paced and ever-changing role where no two days will feel the same. Joining an existing team of 2, this role reports directly into the HRBusiness Partner and you would essentially be her right-hand person.This would give you unlimited exposure to the greater HR role and the opportunity to be involved in disciplinaries, recruitment,interviewing, on-boarding, off-boarding, new policy creation and in being the face of HR on local site visits alongside the HRBP.In short; you are guaranteed exposure to the full employee life-cycle and can help to shape HR policies and practices moving forward. The opportunity to utilise and build on your existing skills is huge.What are we looking forIdeally you will already have exposure within the construction, engineering, manufacturing, wholesale, retail or vehicle industries or similar. That said, if you havent worked in these industries but meet the criteria below then please still apply!One of the attributes we are looking for is the ability to handle change, whether that be a change to tomorrows schedule or a business change that requires HR input. You should be agile and flexible.We are also looking for someone who can communicate well and network well within the business, someone with diplomacy and a persuasive and engaging nature would do well in this role.Alongside all of this we require someone who can pay attention to detail. Part of this role is ensuring that documents and practices are in line with legislation.Lastly, we are looking for someone who wants to learn, who recognises the opportunity here and wants to grab it with both hands.What are they offeringThis company is based in beautiful offices in Solihull.
