SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic engineering business based in south Birmingham. This role is for an out-going and strong minded HR Advisor, or someone who is ready to take that next step up into an advisory role. We are looking for someone who is going to bring fresh ideas to the various upcoming projects this business will be undertaking this year. Someone with experience in a more commercial and customer facing role, where they have dealt with disciplinarians, grievancesand recruitment would be ideal. Someone who is happy to go out and see their clients and managers at their different sites and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-growing business. Working hand in hand with the HRBP, the successful candidate will be able to progress with ease in this role and be able to have more variety than they will know what to do with. This role is full time in the office and the duties are as follows; - Dealing with all aspects of the recruitment cycle and supporting with screening and interviews. - Be able to support with onboarding and the induction process as well as the new graduate projects. - Working closely with the HRBP on ER cases including but not limited disciplinarians and grievances - attending hearings along side this. - Be keen to actively contribute to the implementation and improvement of new policies and procedures. - Be the first line of support and work closley with management advising on company policies and employment law.
