Job Description

We are currently working with a Housing association based in Solihull who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team.The role is predominately home working with only one day in the office and is a 3 month contract, with an hourly rate of £14 - £17 depending on experience.The ideal candidate will have experience of on-boarding checks, with strong communication skills.Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Monitoring and updating the agency worker database
  • Administering all aspects of the pre-employment checks for successful candidates including DBS checks, driver checks, legal right to work and references
  • Arranging selection activities, including scheduling and attending interviews, selection tests and assessment centres
  • Liaising with managers to provide support of the progress of new candidate onboarding
  • Supporting with low level employee relations casework
Experience required:
  • Experience of onboarding checks
  • Confident communication skills
  • Strong time management
Work hours:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • 37 hours per week
  • 4 days WFH with 1 day in the office
