Job Description

HR Project AdministratorSolihull6 months contractMy high-profile utilities client is currently recruiting for HR Project Administrators to join their business services team based in Solihull, on an initial 6-month contract.About the RoleWere looking for a HR Administrator to join the businesss People Services Team. This is a key role to deliver our HR transactional activities at pace for a transformation project. The successful candidate will bring their energy and enthusiasm to this largelytransactional role and demonstrate a keen eye for detail and accuracy. The project will demand the candidate to display a proactive drive to manage high volume peak HR activity.The individual will develop a detailed understanding of the companys HR processes working across different teams, systems and stakeholders to deliver a stellar experience for our internal colleagues. You will need to utilise this breadth of knowledge to highlightareas of risk that could impact the deliverables of the project and drive implementation of improvements.
