SF Recruitment have partnered with a successful business based in Solihull who are looking for an interim Head of HR, for a period of 6 months. As a stand alone role you will be responsible for transactional and operational HR. Day rate: £400 per day Full time hours based on site Role - Provide senior leadership for the HR function - Advise executive team on reward and benefit strategies, pay bench marking and salary reviews - Review and propose on recognition, wellbeing and reward strategies - Manage all employee relations issues - Work with line management to ensure PDR process is aligned with the strategic needs and policies and wider business plans - Responsible for headcount budgets and recruitment strategies - Responsible for the onboarding process - Restructures - Provide support and advise to US business Required - Previous senior HR experience - Ability to influence senior stakeholders - CIPD qualified
