The Role:The role of a Fraud Detection Investigator is to identify fraud on customers accounts and applications.Key Responsibilities:* Outbound & Inbound Customer Calls. * Review detection systems to identify suspected fraudulent transactions. * Review referrals from other departments to identify fraud. * Liaise with other CIFAS members to detect fraud. * Initiate contact with and respond to contact from customers/innocent parties where fraud is suspected. * Achieve individual/team productivity & quality targets. * Establish & identify fraud type & block accounts. * Communicate fraud trends to Fraud Risk Team* Maintain/update details on fraud systems* Ability to apply appropriate skills, techniques, and company policy to deal with sensitive customer conversations.Skills:* Excellent Customer Service Skills.
