Job Description

The Role:To carry out the administrative tasks associated with the processing of fraudulent accounts and transactions identified by fraud investigators and initiate income recovery action where required.Key Responsibilities:* Process CIFAS loadings, database updates, paperwork, filing, and logging associated with fraud cases* Communicate both verbally and in writing with customers/genuine party and other member of the public that have become victims of fraud ensuring that company and CIFAS service levels are achieved and that all necessary documentation is issued and received. * Respond to inbound calls/email requests from customers and other external requests for information ensuring systems are updated appropriately* Report fraud to CIFAS* Use appropriate systems to gain relevant information* Update and maintain filing systems, with a clear record of activity* Prepare cases for write off* Prepare cases for chargeback for fraud disputes using Mastercom* Achieve individual productivity and quality targets* Update customer accounts where authorisation reversal requests are received from merchants* Process declined authorisations* Take personal responsibility for keeping business, industry and technical knowledge up to date.* Develop an awareness of fraud types, prevention mechanisms and options for income recovery.* Report fraud to Prevention of Crime Act (POCA)Skills & Attributes:* Excellent communication skills.* Excellent Customer Service Skills.* Strong organisational skills* Strong interpersonal skills.* Great IT Skills* Fraud experience in Retail Banking (Desirable)Could this be youBNP Paribas Personal Finance believe its a positive attitude and passion to make things happen that matters most.
