Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful candidate to work with our well-established fleet solution clientas an Environmental Health & Safety AdministratorJob Title: Environmental Health & Safety AdministratorSalary: £25,000 (pro rata)Location: SolihullPosition: Minimum 7-month maternity leaveWorking Week: Days Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per weekThe role:Support the Compliance team with maintaining certification of ISO 9001:2015, 45001, 14001. This will ensure our customers have confidence in us that we are a Quality, Heath, Safety, Environmental and Security conscious business. Collate all audit resultsand manage Findings through to completion.To escalate on a weekly basis when all non-compliances to the appropriate senior manager so that mitigations are put in place to reduce any risks to the business.

  • Maintain the yearly audit programme on behalf of all Compliance managers
  • Ensure Findings from audits are recorded/built on to an internal audit tracker for managing with owner/s through to closure.
  • Ensure all Business Continuity Plan leads complete a yearly review of their plans.
  • Raise Purchase Orders when required.
  • Ensure a yearly programme of Compliance document reviews are in place.
  • Complete various Weekly / Monthly reports for the EHS team
  • Liaise with other department on EH&S matters
  • Undertake ad-hoc requests from the Compliance team in support of delivering administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • PC skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Webpages & Email
  • Good communicator at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work without supervision
  • Self-Motivation
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Flexibility
  • Valid driving license
