Job Description

Job Title: Email Marketing OfficerContract: PermanentHours: Full time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)Location: SolihullSalary: £27,500Are you a Marketing professional with a strong understanding of email and digital marketing campaigns Tirebuck Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an Email Marketing Officer to effectively manage the email marketing process and to control the technicaland operational scheduling of email marketing, data reporting, and website updates.Duties include:

  • Ensure that monthly newsletters, upcoming emails and any updates/announcements are regularly scheduled.
  • Manage online traffic management.
  • Assist with the creation of email marketing templates.
  • Update and refresh email marketing templates so that they yield the best results.
  • Monitor and report on email campaign performance.
  • Develop relationships with the email and CRM providers to develop and update your understanding, to ensure that you are constantly optimising the platforms.
  • Oversee email audiences and user lists.
  • Direct content uploads.
  • Be in charge of the unsubscribe and upload process.
  • Administer processes and strategies to create impactful landing pages and introduce automation.
Skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience of email marketing.
  • Able to manage databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CRM.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Able to optimise performance by analysing data into useful actions and insights.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
