Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager Salary: £30 - 32,000 Location: Solihull B92Benefits: Free parking, 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Christmas closure, corporate uniform providedWe are working on behalf of luxury well-known brand, as they actively seek to recruit an experienced Customer Relationship Manager. You will be working in a premium environment supporting a portfolio of customers to deliver a first class luxury customerexperience. In your position you will be responsible for regularly updating customers throughout the customer journey and welcome customers onsite at the end of their journey. Personal presentation, relationship building skills, discretion and attention todetail is essential for this position.It is a fast-paced environment, with the team working closely to ensure all expectations are exceeded. It will be based full time in an outstanding office environment working Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm. Due to the nature of this role, you must possessa full clean UK driving license.Role and responsibilities for the Customer Manager:

  • As a Customer Relationship Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting a portfolio of customers to deliver a first class luxury customer experience.
  • Accurately organise and coordinate customer appointments with clear and efficient communications. Where required organise customer travel and chauffeur arrangements.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to arrange VIP tours.
  • Communicate detailed customer requirements with internal colleagues to ensure a seamless and first class onsite experience.
  • Build long term working relationships with key suppliers and internal colleagues.
  • Passionately immerse yourself with the luxury brand and their products to maintain expert knowledge when dealing with customers.
  • Deal with a variety of internal teams to maintain accurate updates across manufacturing, fleet and customer order operations.
  • Updating internal systems and Excel spreadsheets accurately.
  • Any other duties to ensuring effective management of the customer journey exceeds expectations.
Skills and experience required:
  • Demonstrable experience dealing with a luxury brand or product is desirable
  • Proven experience in managing high profile customers or key accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast paced customer focused environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident user of Excel using Vlookups
  • Highly organised with impeccable time management
  • Impeccable personal appearance to represent the luxury brand
  • Confident, proactive, friendly manner with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
