Job Description

ontracts Manager40,000 - 65,000Henley-in-ArdenMy ClientMy Client is an interior office and commercial interior fit out company established by two brothers in 1992. They work in a variety of sectors from Education to healthcare, industrial to offices creating bespoke areas of work for businesses from all areas.They started out building partition walls and suspended ceilings, but whilst they have moved to more than just this, the former is still very much a large part of what they do. They work to effectively build long standing relationships with heir customers,this ethic has led to 80% of repeat customers using them again for their needs.The RoleMy Client are actively seeking a Contracts manager to work in a fast paced environment and to help lead a team of workers on various projects in and around Solihull. Duties of this will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing multiple projects, maximizing profits for the company whilst ensuring the highest of standards in quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits both for tendering purposes and management of projects.
  • Aftercare management to sort any snag issues straight away
  • Pricing works and preparing tender submissions for review by senior management, ranging across different value bands and work types.
  • Implementing company policies and procedures
  • Key stakeholder management
  • Identifying potential issues and implementing risk management techniques
  • Evaluate, procure, and manage new and existing sub-contractors and suppliers during the whole life cycle of the project
  • To bring new ideas to the company on how we can better improve
  • To work with various departments of the business and have an ability to interact easily with others
  • Work closely with the financial team for any projects under your control and provide live work updates
RequirementsYou will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in working in a fast-paced environment and with a team under you.Previous experience with suspended ceilings is a good benefit.Interior fit out experience is needed.Ability to manage labourGreat people skillsPlease send Cvs to Ben(@)huntermason .com
