Job Description

We are looking fora Contract & Performance Manager to join our team based at Solihull.Heres what youll be doingThe E.ON I&C Pillar combines the current nPower nBS & E.ON B2B businesses to create a new £5billion revenue business serving c60,000 customers and around 300,000 meter points with a view to becoming the number one B2B energy supplier in the UK.We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract & Performance Manager to join our Partner & Service Management team. For this role you will be responsible for the relationship, performance and contract management, as well as overall governance of IT partners.This role will offer the hybrid working approach, where you will be working in the office (Solihull) approximately 2-3 days per week.Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the adoption & evolution of commercial and contractual models based on a detailed knowledge of partner capabilities, business outcomes and the associated demand for IT services.
  • Responsible for developing and maintenance of the service review regime set for individual suppliers/partners.
  • Proactively grow and maintain strong relationships of an ecosystem of partners and vendors to support the I&C business attain its goals.
  • Manage the governance regime & controls framework which take care of the risks and dependencies for E.ON I&C in taking a managed IT service from external sources with alignments to group level controls.
  • Proactively manage Risks & Issues within Digital Technology & Change in relation to Contract & Performance Management.
  • Implement local sourcing and vendor strategy working with Service Operations and playing an active role in ensuring partners are selected in accordance with the sourcing strategy.
  • Manage the co-ordination of multi-supplier/partner collaborations and support decisions on supplier proposals to continually improve services, evaluating any requests for support from E.ON I&C business.
What we need from you
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of managing Global 3rd Party Suppliers / Partners, driving high performance delivery.
  • Proven track record in managing and implementing Governance Processes.
  • Extensive experience of running KPI/SLA regimes.
  • Significant commercial and contract management experience.
  • Experience of working within a regulated environment.
  • Experience of managing Risk, Audit & Security Compliance relating to Supplier & Contract Management.
It would be great if you had
  • Knowledge of Outsourcing / Global Delivery methodologies
  • Industry knowledge and experience or understanding of the structure and organisation of utilities and their core activities.
