Outsource UK are currently working with a large banking group located in Solihull, who are looking for a Completions Officer to join them on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive Customer Service experience and knowledge of the Mortgage Lifecycle.Brief descriptionThe Mortgage Completions team are looking for an individual with excellent customer service experience who ideally understands the mortgage life cycle and completion process but if not is keen to build their knowledge in this area. If you can demonstrate knowledge of the mortgage industry and customer service skills, this could be the role for you.Purpose of the roleTo process all new lending mortgage applications from offer of loan through to the release of funds.
