Well give you on-going support and training to ensure your success.Our offices are in Solihull town centre, however you will be working remotely in your own home initially - following government guidelines- with a view to return to the office at a later date. We will ensure that you have all of the equipment and training as soon as you join us.On a day to day basis your job will be in our Customer Support Team, reaching out to Customers to support them with their finance and repayments. There are a huge number of reasons as to why our customers may struggle or come in to difficulties with repayments, so as a responsible lender, we support our customers by coming to appropriate resolutions, perhaps changing their payment plan to make it more affordable for them, or referrals to suitable charities if necessary.Could this be youWe believe its a positive attitude and passion to make things happen that matters most. Heres what else were looking for:* A natural desire to help people* Excellent interpersonal skills - the people you may interact with in this role are vulnerable, so were seeking people who have the ability to interact appropriately in potentially difficult or emotive situations* Passion for delivering a first class service; gained from experience working within a comparable Collections role before* A willingness to learn* PC Skills- Ideally with Microsoft Office, and some experience with computer and dialler systems* A confident and articulate telephone mannerThe role is full time and shifts are rotated fairly within the team. Our opening hours are: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pmSaturday 8am - 6pmYoull work approximately 8 hours per day, 5 out of 7 days per week, and shifts are provided to you 4 weeks in advanceWe recognise good performance and are committed to ongoing investment in you and your development.
